The cold water is not cool enough

The cold
water is not cool enough:
A. Check at what number the thermostat is positioned
to. It should be set between X - Y.
B. If the thermostat is positioned correctly
and the water is still not cooling, turn off the switches,bring
thethermostat to off, and unplug the
machine for 45 min to 1 hr. Once you restart the unit, turn on
the cold water switch, and in intervals
of 2 minutes bring the thermostat to 4. Wait 15-20 minutes and
verify if the water has cooled.
C. Never bring the thermostat to 6. This might stress
the compressor and it will stop working.
D. If after trying the above, and the problem still
persists; return the unit to the store. It is under limited warranty
for 2 years from date of purchase & can be exchanged. You can also
contact 1-877-383-6399.
A. Please make sure the power is turned on.
B. This unit might not be a refrigerator unit. Verify
by checking the model number on the UL label found on the back
of the unit.
C. Check for 2 thermostat knobs on the back of the
cooler.
D. Check for 2 blue switches on the back of the cooler.
This indicates whether it is a refrigerator unit or not.
E. Contact the Elite Group at 1-877-383-6399 if still
not cooling.
A. Verify if the drain plug is securely placed, and check if the rubber
nipple is missing from the inside of the plug.
B. There might be tiny pinholes in the bottle.
C. Verify if the bottle is placed on the unit properly. If you do not
use the bottle with a rubber sealed cap this may cause
an overflow.
A. The tube leading to the hot water reservoir has
a security tab that allows the water to flow into the tank, but does
not allow the water to rise back up into the bottle and the other 2
tanks. If this does happen the security tab
is defective and the unit will have to be returned to the store under
warranty.
A. The interior of the machine is all stainless
steel; there is no plastic. You can clean the machine with
some water and vinegar. Just add a cap full in a jar of water
and pour into the unit. Flush some more
water in the unit and let it sit for 20 min. Let the water out
through the drain plug.
A. The plastic on the exterior of the unit is injected with a fire
retardant liquid. This might give off a strong smell. Allow
the machine to air out and wipe the unit with a damp towel and some
dishwashing detergent. The smell usually goes
away.
A. The machine was plugged in before inserting a bottle of water on
the unit. The compressor is working without any
water to cool or heat.
A. The hot water spout has a safety lock. Turn the
knob around where the safety lever is facing you, and pinch the
2 levers together, and pull forward.
A. The rubber stoppers are jammed or not placed properly. A new tap
will be sent to the client.
A. Is the power cord plugged in properly?
B. If the unit is brought in from the outside in the
winter, the thermostat may get affected by the cold. Let the unit
to warm up for a few hours to get to room temperature.
A. Check if the unit sits on a leveled surface without
rocking. If the cooler operating noise is high just after it has been
brought in from the store, try to stop the unit for 1/2 hour, then start
it up again.
A. Turn the thermostat down counterclockwise. Once
the compressor has stopped, readjust it to your liking.
